Cultural Heritage of Circus Art – international conference

The international conference deals with current issues of the domestic and international, intellectual and material cultural heritage of circus art. Throughout the plenaries and roundtable discussions, scholars, academics, museologists, cultural heritage experts and circus professionals explore the concept of circus cultural heritage and out-of-the-circus-ring representations of circus performer values from multiple perspectives. The demonstration of the way of musealizing cultural heritage of the Hungarian circus, and the initial steps and the first results of the development of the Hungarian circus museum are parts of the program.
