Umbrella jugglers and teeterboard acrobats in show B of 12th Budapest International Circus Festival!

On the 10th of January, Wednesday, at 19:00 the premier of B show of the 12th Budapest International Circus Festival was held. Representatives of eight nations performed in show B to astonish the audience of the festival.

The first performer was the Ukrainian Stanislav Vysotskyi who used his body for his unique juggling performance while his hands were tied. He was followed by Alex Bobylev Russian clown, who returned three times to the circus floor with his irresistibly funny and colourful comedy. The Brazilian Bazan Sisters performed their handstand act with graceful elegance, while the Russian Kalashnikov Brothers astonished their audience with their energic and light diabolo act.

Nomuna Troupe came from Mongolia with a peerlessly precise and gripping teeterboard act. The Russian Vodyanik Group performed their Gallea act with unbelievable ease, while Brayan Gambi from France awed the audience with his staircase performance. The amazing aerial bungee strap performance of the Ukrainian Duo Feeling expressed gentleness and strength at the same time, while the Russian Duo Funcoholics performed an exceptional Chinese rod act. The show ended with the umbrella juggling act of the Chinese National Acrobatic Troupe which they performed in front of the audience for the first time.

At the same time the Maski Theatre from Odessa held their show called Maski Cubed. The Ukrainian comedy group’s performance was not only creative and full of ideas, but they also showcased series of comedic situations on stage.

B show is again in Capital Circus on the 11th of January at 15:00 and 19:00. And 19:00 Castle Garden Variety will be performed in Budapest Castle Bazaar.
